Palm Desert is easily accessible: about a 2 hour drive from Los Angeles and San Diego, & roughly a 3-4 hour drive from Phoenix. For those flying in, Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is just a 25 minute drive away from the venue.
We have reserved a hotel room block at La Quinta Resort & Club for our wedding weekend. Located approximately 10 minutes (3 miles) from the venue, the resort offers convenient access to all wedding events. Room rates begin at $299 per night (plus taxes & fees), with availability from May 22–25, 2026. Guests are welcome to book a two or three night stay based on their travel plans.

Drivers may pull directly up to the designated drop-off area near the main gate. Guests will enter through the side entrance for easiest access.

Please park inside the open gates off Fimbres Ln around the property.

Once on-site parking is full, additional parking will be available along Fimbres Ln.

We’ll kick off the weekend with light bites & cocktails at the welcome party — so please be sure to eat beforehand! On the wedding night, a full dinner will be served, followed by drinks & dancing. Let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Children are welcome at the welcome party & weekend festivities, but we kindly ask that the wedding day & evening remain adults only. A few close family members will have their little ones with them throughout the weekend & during the ceremony.
If bringing your child is necessary, please let us know & we will help coordinate childcare options.
